"Minecraft PS4 Edition," Minecraft Seeds "Minecraft Xbox One Edition" and "Minecraft Vita Edition" were all playable at E3 2014. However, the most popular franchise still isn't arriving at Nintendo platforms despite located on other major gaming platforms. In an interview with Kotaku on June 20, Shigeru Miyamoto admitted he hasn't played the popular title although he's heard a lot over it. He believes that this game is sort of similar in concept to "Mario Maker."

"Minecraft: Wii U Edition" will launch for the Nintendo eShop in North America for $29.99 and support full play around the GamePad controller's screen and split-screen experience HD TVs. The game includes local split-screen multiplayer around four players and approximately eight online. The Wii U version should include several add-on packs including the Battle & Beasts Skin Pack, Battle & Beasts 2 Skin Pack, Natural Texture Pack, City Texture Pack, Fantasy Texture Pack, and also the Festive Mash-up Pack.
