Minecraft is an independent "sandbox" game, meaning it is designed as an open world where players can move freely without the gameplay restrictions. The initial PC version of crafting Minecraft was first released for the public in 2009 where as soon as the full version went public next year. Since then versions for Android platforms, iOS, PlayStation 3 and also the Xbox 360 seemed to be released.

With the added skins and GamePad play, the extra ten bucks is much more than justified, making the Wii U edition of Minecraft an excellent place to start for brand spanking new players then one that casual gamers will love too. Although it's smaller in scope, any devices, from the visuals and soundtrack is on-par with everything you'd expect from one of the very engaging series in gaming today.
